Concorde Career Institute - Jacksonville

I went to Concorde to do a site tour and get an understanding of my options. Kevin Morrell was the admissions representative who provided the tour and it was an absolute honor. Not only did he provide me with all of the information I was looking for but he went above and beyond. He answered questions I didn't even know I had. Most importantly he made me feel comfortable and inspired which I appreciated so much. I was nervous walking in the door at the thought of starting a brand new career and left feeling like I was on the right path and belonged here or at least had comfort knowing that the experience went so well and could potentially go to Concorde in the future.

Today started out rocky as my initial admin rep did not show up so I waited about 20 minutes after my appointment. Steve Skalicky stepped in and assisted me. It was a very positive experience. He was organized, professional, and thorough in explaining the programs and admissions process. Steve took the time to answer all of my questions and provided clear, helpful information without any pressure. His communication and approach made the visit informative and easy to follow.

What an amazing Dental clinic serving those in need. I had my teeth cleaned by Anna, who is studying to become a dental assistant, and she was and is AMAZING, she went above and beyond to make me comfortable and had so much compassion on my well being. I am seeing her in 6 months again. May God bless her on her journey. THANK YOU AGAIN ANNA!!!! Blessings 🤗

Givingb3 stars purely because of the enthusiasm of the gentleman Inoverheardbwelcomingna prospective/returning student. However, they need to re-evaluate the front desk "welcome" person. Ms rude really should not be the first personality you encounter. As an executive admission professional with 15 yrs experience and a masters in education concentrated in enrollment management I know what im talking about. Unnecessary assumtive attitude.

I had a great experience during my school tour. Steven was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all my questions. He explained the program clearly and made sure I understood the requirements, schedule, and expectations. I really appreciated how he took his time and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Overall, it was a positive and helpful experience that gave me a better understanding of the program.
